Northwind Marine’s custom and pleasure boats are built on our Extreme Class RIB and Hybrid Foam Collar RIB and the Reliance, Argus and Trawler Class mono-hull platforms that range in length from 18- to 50-feet.

The exclusive design of Northwind Marine’s Extreme Class RIB and H-RIB and the Reliance, Argus and Trawler Class are some of the most rugged mono-hull platforms on the market. These ruggedly beautiful vessels and yacht tenders are in service at ports and exotic destinations around the world. The design of these hulls makes it possible to build a wide variety of custom and pleasure boat configurations that are extremely stable, fast and will withstand just about everything that man and the elements can deliver.

All boats are designed by a marine architect.

Precision-Engineered

Precision-engineered using CAD/CAM and plasma cut with computer navigation.

Marine-Grade Aluminum

Each boat is made of marine-grade 5000 series aluminum.

Superior Welding

Using the Metal Inert Gas system, all hulls are welded to AWS (American Welding Standards) practices for aluminum boat construction.

Substantial Strength

The keel assemblies are cut from 3/8-inch alloy #5086, which produces substantial strength as the centerline structural member.

Impact Resistant

The hulls are strain-hardened for impact resistance.

Floatation Foam

The hull voids are filled with closed cell USCG certified floatation foam.

Performance & Stability

All boats have exceptional stability, ride, and handling combined with performance and lift.

Speed & Performance

They are capable of high rates of speed with your choice of power and propulsion systems.

Decks & Ports

All boats have self-bailing decks with large freeing ports.

Exterior

A 31-inch, interior width, dive/rescue door is available for all Argus hulls.

Towing Capacity

All boats can be equipped with tow bollards.

Hull Configuration

Many hull designs can be configured for onboard ROV storage and easy deployment.
